What is a "Blend Line"?
A blend line is actually the demarcation point when entering a "hot" racetrack from the pit-out. It is important to accelerate to a respectable speed, while staying conscious of other vehicles who are already at full speed approaching what is usually an apex to a corner nearest the pit-out.
It's like a merge onto a busy highway, on steroids.
Life has it's blend lines as well. The key is to get up to speed without getting in anyone else's way. Balancing your need to advance while not doing it at the expense of someone else's hot lap.
There are many analogies to life that can be pulled from high performance driving.
