OK so maybe stalking is a bad word to use. Admiring? Maybe. Envious bromance? More appropriate.



It ain't all glamour...

Nothing compares to the carnage at a drift event. I can't think of a more punishing event for any vehicle. The net is full of videos that show the full-lock sideways action, tire smoke billowing like cotton balls behind the rear wheels. Girls in go-go boots at the starting line, strobe lights and neons flashing in the background. All glamour, right? Not exactly. Sometimes things go wrong. Sometimes you need to get your ride back into shape to make the next run. Here's the other side of a drift weekend...

This can either be the end of the world as we know it, or the beginning of mistake-free maintenance? Are gone the days of the skilled technician?

What not to do when paying hourly for dyno time...

Dyno time is expensive. I can understand moving fast when your paying by the hour, but that's still no excuse to not properly tie down your ride.

If you're a guy like me, you probably dream of being able to have a garage big enough to have your own lift. Since I live in North Jersey, and in a 100+ year old home with a equally old and decrepit garage, I always thought this was going to be a little out of my reach.
