What do you do if you feel that racing, drifting, and drag racing isn't enough to promote your go-fast bits? How about 200+ MPH runs on public roads? Then YouTube the videos for all to see. Then get arrested. Oh yeah, then do it on multiple continents.
Enter Kazuhiko "Smoky" Nagata. Aside from starting Top Secret over 10 years ago by "secretly" hopping up cars in his free time while working for another tuning company; Smoky is also notorious for filming high-speed runs on public roads - and then getting caught.
Usually he is able to pull his capers off; but sometimes he ends up in the clink, his car ends up impounded, and the media gives him the press he deserves. Not a terrible business model if you really think about it...
His shop seems busy. Seems like he definitely has enough on his plate...
